Monthly parking at 17 Silverfield Car Park is available for $110 per month.

By subscribing to monthly parking at 17 Silverfield Car Park through the ParkAt app, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Monthly Parking Licence

Your monthly parking subscription gives you a licence to use the car park for parking purposes only.

This licence does not create a lease, tenancy or exclusive right to any parking space.

2. Unreserved Parking

Monthly parking at 17 Silverfield is unreserved.

This means you may park in any available public parking bay within the car park, unless a bay is marked as reserved, restricted, disabled, loading, visitor-only or otherwise unavailable.

A parking space is not allocated or guaranteed.

3. Subscription and Payment

Monthly parking must be booked and subscribed to through the ParkAt app only.

The monthly parking fee is $110 per month.

You must have a valid ParkAt account, payment method and vehicle registration added in the ParkAt app before using the car park.

Your subscription must remain active and paid up to date to access the monthly parking rate.

4. Vehicle Registration

Monthly parking is linked to the vehicle registration entered in your ParkAt account.

You are responsible for ensuring your vehicle registration is correct and up to date before parking.

If the incorrect registration is entered, standard parking rates, enforcement action or breach notices may apply.

5. Use of the Car Park

You must only use the car park for the purpose of parking a vehicle.

You must not use the car park for storage, repairs, cleaning, sleeping in vehicles, commercial activity or any other purpose without prior written approval from ParkAt.

You must follow all onsite signage, traffic directions, speed limits, entry conditions and ParkAt terms of use at all times.

6. Availability

Monthly parking is subject to availability.

As this is an unreserved parking licence, ParkAt does not guarantee that a parking space will be available at all times.

ParkAt may change, suspend or withdraw monthly parking availability at 17 Silverfield Car Park at any time.

7. No Transfer

Your monthly parking subscription is for your own use and cannot be transferred, sold, shared or assigned to another person without approval from ParkAt.

8. Cancellation

You may cancel your monthly parking subscription through the ParkAt app, subject to the app’s subscription settings and cancellation process.

Cancellation timing, billing periods and renewal dates are managed through the ParkAt app.

ParkAt may cancel or suspend your monthly parking access if payment fails, your account is not up to date, you breach these terms, or the car park is no longer available for monthly parking.

9. Parking Breaches

You may receive a breach notice, standard parking charge or enforcement action if you:

• park without an active monthly subscription

• park with an incorrect vehicle registration

• park in a reserved or restricted bay

• park outside marked parking bays

• block access ways, exits, driveways or other vehicles

• fail to follow onsite signage or car park rules

10. Risk and Liability

Vehicles are parked at the owner’s risk.

ParkAt is not responsible for any loss, damage, theft or injury arising from use of the car park, except where required by law.

You are responsible for securing your vehicle and removing valuables from sight.

11. Damage

You are responsible for any damage caused by you, your vehicle or anyone using the car park under your subscription.

Any damage to the car park, equipment, signage, barriers or other vehicles may be charged to you.

12. Changes to Terms

ParkAt may update these terms and conditions from time to time.

Continued use of the monthly parking subscription after any changes means you accept the updated terms.

13. Agreement

By subscribing to monthly parking at 17 Silverfield Car Park through the ParkAt app, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions.
